Physical box office hours are Tuesday – Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm • Saturday 10:00am – 12:00pm
Our Phone Hours are Monday – Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm. If you get the voicemail, please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is canceled. In the event of bad weather, the show will go on as long as the artist is at the venue and able to perform. In the event that a show has to be canceled for any reason, we will update the website and Facebook to indicate whether the show will be rescheduled or whether refunds will be issued. If you have purchased your tickets online or through our call center, you will be notified automatically by email.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DOES TUPELO ACCEPT?
The Box Office accepts CASH, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Tupelo Gift Cards.
The Kitchen & Bar accept CASH and ALL major credit cards.
The Merchandise Counter only accepts CASH, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover for Tupelo Merch. Artist Merch will depend on the artist and may vary.
There are several ATM’s located in the immediate area.
