Our Phone Hours are currently 10-5 Monday-Friday, but are subject to change. If you get the voicemail, please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

Tupelo Music Hall does not release tickets to third-party ticketing vendors and does not guarantee the validity or authenticity of any website, person, or business that claims to be selling tickets to our shows.  In other words, if you are not buying your tickets directly from us, you could be purchasing tickets that are not valid.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is canceled. In the event of bad weather, the show will go on as long as the artist is at the venue and able to perform. In the event that a show has to be canceled for any reason, we will update the website and Facebook to indicate whether the show will be rescheduled or whether refunds will be issued. If you have purchased your tickets online or through our call center, you will be notified automatically by email.

Issues with my order
If you have an issue with an order you have placed please contact info@tupelohall.com or call 603-437-5100.
What if I cannot attend a show that I have purchased tickets for?
We fully recognize that sometimes life throws us a curveball and are aware of the fact that it stinks to buy tickets that you find yourself stuck with. Having said that, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets unless the show has been rescheduled or cancelled.

If you cannot attend a show but would like someone else to pick-up your will-call tickets, they will need your email confirmation to do so. You are welcome to try and resell your tickets on our Group Facebook for face value if you so choose.

Event Related

How old do you have to be to attend shows at Tupelo Music Hall?
Unless otherwise posted Tupelo Music Hall is an all-ages venue. We do suggest a guardian accompany any patrons under the age of 18.
Do I need ID to enter Tupelo Music Hall?
In most cases, an ID is only required if you plan on drinking alcohol. Because we are an all-ages venue with food and beverage service, we take checking ID’s very seriously. In compliance with New Hampshire laws, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID, no matter how old you think you may look. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue. If a show is 18+ every patron will need to show identification. 18+ shows will be listed on our website, social media, & venue entrances. We reserve the right to refuse entry for any patron, at any time for any reason.
Does Tupelo Music Hall have seats?
Almost every show at Tupelo Music Hall has reserved seating but seating arrangements vary. Check the particular show for information about the seating plan for that performance.
Is Tupelo Music Hall ADA Accessible?
Tupelo Music Hall offers accessible accommodations to patrons with ADA requirements. Our entire facility is fully accessible. The majority of our events have reserved seating. Specific ADA seats are shown on the seating plan for each show.

If you have special requests, simply ask our staff once you arrive or call us at 603-437-5100 and we will be glad to assist you.

What time does the band go on?
The show time is always listed within the event detail page and on your ticket. As a rule, doors open 90 minutes prior to show time. Food and beverage services start at this time as well. Set times vary but the support act will always start when the show time is listed unless the show is designated ‘An Evening with’, in which case there will be no opener and the headlining act will start at the designated show time. If there is 1 support act then the headliner generally takes the stage 1 hour after the listed show time. Please keep in mind that set times, as well as opening acts, are always subject to change without notice but we strive to begin our shows at the posted times.
Things that are NOT allowed in Tupelo Music Hall:
Personal items such as pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks, outside food and drinks or anything that could be considered dangerous or contraband will not be allowed in the building. Purses and bags may be searched prior to entry. No large bags or backpacks will be allowed.
Does the venue allow for re-entry? What about smoking?
Tupelo Music Hall does not allow reentry. Once you pass through our Box Office, you will not be allowed to reenter once you leave. We have a small smoking area outside the main entrance that opens as soon as patrons have checked in. Tupelo Music Hall does not allow any smoking at all within the building including E-cigs and Vaporizer Pens. Anyone caught smoking in any area other than the designated outdoor smoking area, including bathrooms, will be removed from the property.
What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?
Cameras are not permitted without an approved photo pass obtained from artist management and flash photography is never permitted. House policy regarding recording is “no Recording” but occasionally a band will allow or even encourage it. Never is it acceptable to hold your phone up and record a show, thus ruining the experience for the folks sitting behind you. Put your phone down and enjoy the show.
How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with the band?
Requests for media credentials should be handled through the artists’ management company directly. Tupelo Music Hall does not give out photo passes. Interviews should be scheduled directly through artist management as well.
